Dear North Davis families,
We are ready to welcome you to a new year at North Davis Elementary!
Please come to North Davis on Monday, August 24 between 4 and 7 p.m. to learn the classroom/teacher assignment/s for your student/s for this year.
In addition to finding out your student’s classroom assignments, you will have the opportunity to sign up for PTA and learn more about all the wonderful activities they offer.
If you wish to join the PTA, you may go to the North Davis website at northdavis.djusd.net and click on the Parents tab at the top. Print and complete the following forms:
- PTA Membership & Directory Form
- PTA Volunteer Form
- PTA Scrip Information
- Active4me (bike scan) Registration Form

You may bring these forms to the Paper Parade on August 24, as well as your checkbook or cash for the following:
- PTA membership ($10 per person, payable to NDE PTA)
- Contribution to the school Field Trip Fund (suggested donation $25 per student per year, payable to NDE)
- Purchase tickets to the NDE auction, A Night of Giving ($25 per person, payable to NDE PTA)
