Student participation forms/waiver of liability forms went home on Friday, 4/17. Students cannot participate without a signed form. If you cannot find your form, there are more in the front office as well will be more onsite on Wednesday at Check In at the lunch tables.
Signed forms should be turned in to the box in the front office or brought to the Bike Rodeo. For more information on helmet fitting, check out the helmet video.
Bring your bikes and helmets to the North Davis blacktop and get yourself geared up and ready to ride for May is Bike Month!! We will have helmet and tire checks, students can decorate their helmets with reflective decals, check their road sign knowledge, compete in the Slow Race, and ride on a simulated “road” to practice scanning and signaling.
We will also have an Active4.me registration station if your student is interested in participating in May is Bike Month and winning prizes. We will begin distributing “I am happiest on my bike” t-shirts to active4.me scanners at the bike rodeo (just show your scanning tag at the Active4.me table by Helmet Decorating).
